This book was designed and produced as a study in contrast. Its theme, suffocated yet tranquil, guided every choice in type, color, and layout. The palette of dark and light orange and blues reflects calm layered over tension. Large, overlapping type sits beside open white space, creating moments of breath between closeness. Cropped letterforms and tight tracking appear quietly across pages, like held thoughts breaking the surface. Printed on uncoated stock and bound with exposed screws, the materials embrace honesty and texture. Each page carries weight without noise — a reminder that even in restraint, there is depth, and in stillness, movement.
